[Professionalism] The contractor was super nice HONEST and informative. Through no fault of his I didn't get the resolution to the problem however I would use this company again without a question.

He arrived on time I informed him of the issue he completed the repair in a timely manner and he checked to make sure the air flow was working properly upstairs. If I have an issue again I would prefer to deal with New Life Contracting LLC and the technician Marcus.
