New Life Contracting is a really quality company. Friendly techs and fast service. They installed 2 HVAC units for me and finished in half a day. They explained what work was being done and the best way to use the units efficiently. Good group of guys. I would highly recommend.

I was sent to NLC through my home warranty company. They were straightforward and thorough with my repair. The tech they sent was very knowledgeable. 10/10, would use again (but hope not because something else breaks!)

Colby from New Life Contracting has been so amazing. While we were unable to have them come out physically, he helped us understand our minor AC issue and was willing to guide us in repairing it ourselves. Couldn't ask for a better person/company, he went beyond what he needed to. Thank you so much Colby!

Marcus is awesome! I had an issue with an a/c unit and my home warranty company AHS sent out a different contractor. They apparently told AHS that the issue I had started before my contract period kicked in. The unit was not cooling at all and had been working up until the day I put in the home warranty claim. AHS believed them for some reason even though there isn't a way to tell when the until stopped working correctly. Then they sent out Marcus from New Life as a second opinion. Marcus is very knowledgeable and knew what to look for. The previous company said I would have to have the coil replaced but Marcus determined that it most likely just needed stop leak and Freon as the leak wasn't as bad as the other company said. They sent the info to AHS and it was approved. He just finished filling up the unit with freon and it is working peoperly.

NLC went above and beyond our expectations! Colby and his team were very easy to work with, punctual, and did a fantastic job with our new air conditioner installation. Colby was professional and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. Highly recommended!

Great experience with this company. Had a new heat pump/air handler system installed and the crew was professional and friendly. Colby went out of his way to ensure everything was installed correctly, and followed up with me after. I would definitely recommend NLC.

I had Colby and his team install a new gas furnace and central air system including new ductwork in a recent renovation. This was a challenging house given the location of both furnace and the ductwork. I have done many whole house renovations and have worked with several different HVAC contractors. Colby and his guys took pride in the installation. The way they ran the ducting and other components showed a level of craftsmanship and attention to detail I have not seen in years.

Colby and his team did an excellent job installing ductwork and a new natural gas furnace for a home we are renovating. He also installed a tankless natural gas water heater, and upgraded the plumbing. We could not be happier with the quality of the work, and the fair price. We highly recommend Colby and NLC, and would use them again.

AHS sent New Life out to fix my AC after I've been frustrated with the contractors that they have sent out in the past. New Life was professional on-time within the window that they said and very informative. I recommend this company to anyone that needs service.

New Life Contracting is the best HVAC contractor I have ever worked with. I've worked with plenty of them and what sets them apart is consistent service. You know they will be there when they say they will. They are HONEST when telling you EXACTLY what you need to do in the most cost effective way. There are plenty of them out there that advertise how great their work is. In the end the customer pays for those TV and radio ads. I know first hand when I have compared pricing on jobs.

Thanks to my Home Warrenty, New Life Contracting came out to look at my HVAC. From the beginning, Jim was prompt and courteous to work with. He helped to make an appointment that worked with my schedule. Marcus was the service technician who came out to look at my HVAC. Marcus was professional and very knowledgeable. He listened to my concern, and was able to identity and repair what was necessary. Didn't try to give me the "Doomsday " report and try to sell me a new HVAC system, which I really appreciated. Praise God ! I just wanted to share with all of family & friends what a blessing me and family received thru discovery of a potentially dangerous fire hazard, that had been in our dryer vent of our home for the last 20 years! We received a message on our dryer that there was a blockage and low and behold it was a grape soda can that had been discarded by a worker during the construction of our home! New Life Contracting based out Mechanicsville resolved our issue and we are forever grateful for their service. Colby Jones ( Owner ) and Ben did a awesome job !

Great company. They spent the time needed to fix our heat pump instead of jumping to a high-cost conclusion. It turned out that fixing our system was easy. In other words, my impression is that these guys are honest. They didn't jump to a higher cost repair right off the bat and they easily could have done so in our case.

Marcus was knowledgeable and friendly. The owner was able to make a diagnosis based on a description of the problem and order the parts. I'm pleased so far with the service.

Nice guy! Great efficent work! Response time was a little slow but actually better than I would expect in the early summer when everyones air starts to go out.

Call was answered immediately, service was scheduled promptly, service person performing the work was capable and courteous, charge for service was most reasonable.
